When do you read?

I get the emailed sections early on Monday mornings. I would prefer to read them on the weekend but I usually get curious and read them by Wednesday or so.

I get emails, but I wait to read until my wife and I are driving some where a half hour or more away. Then I read aloud while she drives.

I get the emails and notifications in the app, and usually read within a day or so. Usually within minutes.

I do get emails, I don't check them very often because it's not my all day every day account. Most of the time I just check in on the website a few times a week.

Sometimes I am overseas for a few months with no connections.

I get emails from Patreon and I'm able to received them on my phone. But I am not able to read or access the site right away since I'm at busy with work. When I manage to get same free time (some time even after few weeks), I try to catch up with it.

I get emails from Patreon as well as Patreon app notifications on my phone. But, I usually am not able to read right away since I'm at work or busy. When I do get time, I will open the email on my laptop and use the link to go to the Patreon web site so that I can write comments as well as be able to click on the "like"/heart buttons. I use a Chrome browser extension called "Just Read" to eliminate all of the extraneous "clutter" of the Patreon web site while I am reading the chapter text.

Even though I may get emails. With all the mail floating around you have to set up a filter to sort it. Then I binge read when I have time. If the Epub is available I get it on my tablet so I don't need to keep opening my next email

Like the email because the WiFi at work doesn’t mind an email content wise. Helps for reading on Monday.

I like to get the whole book and read it in one hit. I think this is a hold-over from when Nick was really busy ten years or so ago, and chapters were a long time apart.

I read when I get post notifications through the patreon android app...

I get email updates and check Patreon at lest once a week.

I read at night. I literally have over 150 serials that I keep up with. It's insane sometimes...

Actually, I'm binge-reading--I've made it through 25 chapters of "Christy" over the last week...

I don't have the app but I do get the emails - my only annoyance is when (UK side of the pond) a live discussion is scheduled at US time but it's a 'little' late here ... not an issue personaly as I'm here to read not whinge, umm. ;P

I get the emails but tend to lose lose them in the shuffle and fall behind. Depend on how much I want to see what's going to happen next vs how much I want to read a whole chapter at once I'll check into patreon at least weekly and read there. It's a struggle!

Same here, CET. I get email updates and read as soon as I get the email. No better way to brighten the first day of the workweek.

Basically getting email and app notifications at the same time (Friday afternoon here). I then read via the app.

There is a setting in the app where you can choose email or push notifications or both. I read as soon as I get the push notification.

Occasionally, I don’t see the email when it comes in, but a few hours later. I have the computer set it aside automatically in an a smart mailbox called Scipio. I get to it later in the evening when things are quiet and can enjoy the chapter, photo, drawing, etc.

I start polling the Patraeon site after lunch on Mondays. (the Release is typical at 2:00pm in my timezone...)

I also respond to the app notice. I read the text in the app until the mobi file becomes available. I then reread the new chapter. I do not get an email. By choice i hope.

Dammit! I forgot about the app... again! 🤦🏻‍♂️
