Announcement about price increases for Apple iOS users

Attention for Apple ios device members. Since November 2024, Patreon has been asked by Apple to charge users an additional Apple tax of more than 30%. So starting in November, all Apple ios users will be forced to pay 30% more when they use the Patreon App to pay for their membership. Other platform equipment prices remain unchanged. I know this sounds unfair, so the Patreon team gave some suggestion.

Suggestion: Apple ios users can log in to the patreon page using the browser on their device. And pay the original price on the patreon page. You can return to the Patreon App once you've made your payment. The Patreon App and the Patreon page account are the same.

Tip: Since this is an issue shared by hundreds of thousands of creators across Patreon, I'm guessing that there are likely to be a lot of complaints and reports. So the Patreon App will most likely not be updated or used, or even removed from the Apple Store. In order not to interfere with your use.
