This to me is second only to Psycho in Hitchcock's works. So well made (I would say perfect but for how snarky Stewart's character can be towards Grace Kelly's, which can be just uncalled for). I was so happy to see Edith Head go noticed. She collaborated with Hitchcock on so many of his films and it shows. Absolutely stunning costumes. As far as other Hitchcock films, I would recommend To Catch A Thief, Rebecca, Strangers On A Train, Spellbound, Dial M For Murder, and North By Northwest. There are so very many and I could just list and list but I personally find those to be his best. Rebecca is actually a story by the same woman who wrote the Birds, Daphne du Maurier, and has Laurence Olivier in it. And I shall now end this (again) rambling review. Thank you for yet another wonderful reaction video!
