Summer composing, plus working with an assistant!

B-but I'm extremely proud of how this turned out! I tried to imitate the illustration style of the Splatoon concept illustrations with a brighter, more down-to-earth palette. It was a fun challenge to keep within a limited palette while keeping the energy of Splatoon.
This was another set of pics where the composition and posing was set out by assistant.
They actually do this for a lot of the illustrations, it can save a ton of time to have a skeleton to draw on top of. Plus, it helps me learn what a midifighter is!
