Over the years I tried to soften the shapes and emphasize gestures...Now when I draw I stop thinking about what is anatomically correct and focus on the line of action (google it!)
For some reason NO ONE ever taught me this thing.
Art school, comic schoolS...nothing.
I should have attended an animation school! :'D

2021-06-28 05:59:49 +0000 UTCI think this may be why your references work for me, because you get the expression/action really well. The anatomy and proportions are still there, but the main focus is the action, and this is what I'm struggling the most at the moment.
