Devious World continues to outgrow Twine 1, leading to troubles compiling the final file; you'll notice Eric's redlinked this update, because the file compiled wrong if I included him. Since all the followups to Twine (especially Twine 2) are kind of "bleh" at best as far as my workflow is concerned, I have kind of limited options.
Right now the best and easiest option is to separate Devious World by starting characters... female starting characters in one edition, male starting characters in another. This seems to make the most sense since it's primarily Cyan and Eric causing all the problems with their huge... files. (I'm sure Jamie is his own problem, meaning the male version is likely to see a split eventually too.) Putting them on different forks would probably cut down on the problems quite a bit.
If anyone's got any other suggestions or options, I'd appreciate it.
Anyhoo, this week we're continuing Cyan's adventures in being a Dungeon Lord, specifically spinning the Ultra Gacha as a male Lord.
