Dark mode, public games, extra settings

Games can be marked as public, and you can browse a list of public games.
Dark mode can be enabled with the switch at the bottom of the page.
Several new settings for game creation, as well!

You can access your packs by linking your Patreon account on allbad.cards!

2021-02-20 01:19:12 +0000 UTCI plan to do this once I get Patreon login support in there. You'd be able to configure a saved setup for your account.
