Recent Updates (edited)

Hey all -

Here are some things we've added over the last week or two!

Share Functionality

We created a system that generates a shareable image from the cards you played, so you can post or share them on social media! The image size is meant to work perfectly for Instagram and Twitter image size requirements. If you're playing on Android, you can share directly from the website to any app. On other platforms, you can save the image or share a link to it.

Account-based game ownership

Previously, if you wanted to create a game for a future date, you had to make sure you created played the game on the same device and browser you created it on, because games were not tied to your Patreon account in any way. That has changed; if you create a game while logged in (or log in after creating a game), the game will be associated with your Patreon account and you will be able to access it as the owner from any device or browser.

Edit - Forgot to mention, this works at any time, meaning you can switch devices in the middle of a game, even in the middle of a round, and everything should work as intended.

Capitol Invasion Packs

Because who doesn't love shaming the dummies who invaded the capitol?

More stuff coming soon!

Thank you for adding the account based game ownership! I didn't see it last night but it will great to get the game link out early. I have one player friend who harangues me for the link well I'm doing important things like preparing my snacks and drinks. It will help to send out the link along with the zoom link.

Sounds like a great night! πŸ˜‚

Wow, you're fast! Thanks -- not sure how I missed that. Could be that in my rush to start playing I simply didn't read ANY of the instructions. Alcohol may have been involved.

This exists! There's a game setting called "hide cards during reveal" you can enable which does this.

Any chance there could be a new mode where the leader of the round can prevent the other players from seeing submitted cards until they're ready to announce the winner? I find that when reading the submitted cards aloud, some players are already reacting to other submissions, which defeats the purpose of reading them out -- arguably the funniest, most enjoyable part of the game. Thanks!
