Despite trying different solutions, I still don't understand why it's quarantined and I haven't received a response from Itchio, so this time I'm going to try a new method
It's possible that in this next update I'll publish the public version on Patreon (it will still be public, but the files will be hosted on Patreon) and I'll place the download link on Itchio so that it redirects you to the Patreon post when you click on download. This way, I hope they don't quarantine me and let's see what happens. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I still can't figure out what's causing all this 😓
