Update (October 2024)

Hey!

So I wanted to update you guys on my current house situation. We're in a house and I have a desk set up with my laptop and small Cintiq in a walk in closet so I can have soundproofing (which means I can say whatever degenerate stuff I want). It also means I can get streams going again. I hope to get that going this week. I also got a portable AC unit because the closet has no air circulation so its actually helped normalize the space for me to work in.

As for my actual house, I've had some roadblocks in the way of getting our house fixed up. The entire flooring of the house has to be replaced so that means we need to clear out all the rooms. Everyone had to go through all their stuff, then mom got covid, and the contractor literally told us yesterday as we were getting close to finalizing plans, that he's in the hospital and he won't be able to work for 4 weeks. It's been a whole ordeal.

And on top of all that I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. I've been on a cpap machine for three weeks now and I've been getting used to it, but I do think my chronic sleepiness is getting better. I've had way more energy to cook for me and my family.

So yeah, I'm still trying to get to a point where I could realistically finish commissions and not have you guys wait for months, but I do really need the help, so I might just have to open with the warning that I gotta keep my monthly art a priority and I'll get to the commissions when I can.

As for the Google folders, I sent them out early this month, so I hope you enjoy that. Sorry about the downer updates but I hope things will be returning back to some kind of normal.
