The Artful Escape ultrawide and wider solution

I've never seen an Unreal Engine 4 game scale like this. The Artful Escape is pillarboxed to about 19:9 - and you'd think it is at least like Diablo 2 Resurrected in its scaling, but no - its field of view is also reduced on top of that. What is the point of both, not one or the other?

I'm of the impression that most developers just don't know anything about ultrawide and go by whether the outcome of their work looks acceptable, not concerning themselves with field of view parity or attempts to compare to 16:9.

Either way, although this game shared almost nothing with the other Unreal Engine 4 titles in its implementation, I was familiar enough with the engine and ultrawide modding to address both of the aforementioned issues. Here is the solution, which also addresses this request.

I'm close to finalizing this one for The Artful Escape, which is a game from Annapurna Interactive featuring voice acting by Lena Headey and Mark Strong.

It is based on the Game Pass version but it could probably be a patcher for Steam too once I get that exe.

If all goes well, I will publish the solution within the next 24 hours. For now I'm sharing a couple of teaser images, including the before and the after, also compared to 16:9!
