It simply enhanced his physical body's capabilities. In the case of his System Circuit True Body, the enhancement rate was much higher than what a normal enhancement-type could achieve, increasing his body's power by 10 times when active.

This is just the first out of the nine gates of the True Body realm. If he opens the other gates, the True Body's power will be enhanced with each gate he manages to open.

If Hengsheng's cultivation technique is not mistaken, at the ninth gate, the System Circuit True Body would enhance his body's capabilities by 100 times.

This is considered a ridiculously high enhancement rate for an enhancement-type True Body, which, on average, only increases the body's power by around 10 times at the ninth gate.

Hengsheng waved his hand to clean up the mess he had caused, whether it be the impurities from the breakthrough or the destroyed garden from testing his newfound power, and sat down in the center of the cultivation ground once more to stabilize his cultivation realm further.

The True Body Realm is about cultivating the body and True Qi, the higher form of Blood Qi.

Normally, Blood Qi is generated through consuming food. However, for cultivators who reach this stage of cultivation, food is no longer necessary, as they now consume the Spiritual Qi of Heaven and Earth to live instead.

This does not mean the Blood Qi is no longer generated or disappears after cultivators stop relying on consuming food.

The Blood Qi can still be generated with the energy of Spiritual Qi, but there is a problem.

This is because Spiritual Qi carries far more energy than food, and the Blood Qi that the body generates is far too much for the body to handle.

So, the cultivator's body has to handle this excess Blood Qi one way or another.

However, the cultivator's body is greedy, just like the cultivator's mind. It will not remove the precious Blood Qi to solve the problem; instead, it stores the excess Blood Qi inside the nine blood apertures that are hidden within the body.

These later manifested as the nine Gates of True Body.

The first gate is located in the middle dantian at the cultivator's heart, and the other gates are located along the spine.

The massive amount of Blood Qi is condensed and refined inside the gates, turning it into the higher form of Blood Qi—the True Qi.

The True Qi functions like Blood Qi, transporting the energy essential for life.

However, after it becomes True Qi, it gains a new trait. In addition to what Blood Qi can do, True Qi can strengthen the flesh and bones of the cultivator to a higher level.

One could also form the True Body by moving the True Qi through the blood vessels and veins in a specific pattern, creating a True Qi pathway which is the framework of the True Body, enabling them to access the true power of True Qi.

The True Body had 3 primary types.

The first type is the enhancement-type. This True Body type is commonly seen and simple; its passive effect is to enhance one's physical body without actively providing True Qi.

It could also activate the True Body by providing the True Qi, to enhance the body’s power; the enhancement could be specific aspects like strength, speed, or overall enhancement, like Hengsheng's True Body.

What is enhanced and at what rate depend on the True Body that the cultivators have formed and cultivated.

In summary, this type of True Body only enhances one body, nothing special.

The second type is the transformation-type. This type can transform or alter a part of their body into anything, whether it be a natural element, beast, or weapon.

One could grow a true third eye on the forehead that can see through the truth, grow cat ears and beautiful wings to enhance their charm, or grow three pairs of arms and three heads like an asura if one knows the method to form that kind of True Body.

The transformation could be both temporary and permanent, depending on the cultivator's True Body.

The third type is a bit special, as it goes against the nature of True Qi, which normally does not extend its power beyond one's body. But this type does.

This type is called the Manifestation-type.

This type of True Body could exert its power outward and manifest into many forms, whether it be the ability to create a divine object like a sword or shield, a magical ability that could summon Heavenly lightning and Hellfire, or the ability to project a pseudo Dao domain that gives the cultivators a field advantage.

This type of True Body is rare and extremely powerful, as it could achieve almost anything one could imagine.

There are also the other True Body types outside these three primary types, but they are not classified since they are either useless or too rare, like almost non-existent.

These are not necessarily better or worse than the three main types either, like a True Body that permanently blinds its owner's eyes and disables their Divine Sense, making the owner totally useless, or the exceedingly rare and dangerous one, like a True Body that could plunders the Qi Luck of all people and objects within its range.

Despite their rarity and the power of other True Body types, Hengsheng did not need them, since he already had the system power and could achieve anything he desired.

What he needed for his cultivation path was a solid cultivation foundation!
