to be fair with a decline in rim attacks his passing , and range has improved if he's hypothetically creating like 14 shots per 100 when he's right on lets say 25 on +3 he's still around a +4.75 or +4.88 , and with strong defense thats good enough to take over Like durants 4 spot, maybe not the big 3 tho ( Steph Giannis Jokic )

I've always checked FTr and percentage of offense inside 3 feet on ball ref when I'm trying to figure out perimeter decline so I'm glad you've refined this search process. I think the first time I did this was for Wade so this stuff really hit the spot for me! Hoping in Harden's case that he has one more bounce back in him and this isn't the cliff we're looking at. Lebron's decline has been steady the past few years, as your graph shows, but lots of people are pushing back and blaming the Lakers spacing/shooting, which the Lakers seem to get worse at every year.
