- Incomplete Face Mesh, mirror not applied, edited shadow areas marked
- "Complete" Face/Head Mesh, mirror applied

Blender 3.3
If using an older version, you may have to append it into your file instead.
You can use these for review or modelling. They're still extremely rough though.
Additionally, I have left the planes with edited normals on the side for your reference. In order from top to bottom, here they are, with explanations:
---
1: Front facing normal, slightly angled left
Area: Entire front face
Apply this normal onto the entire front face before everything else. You could also use a directly front facing normal (which would make the whole face flatly lit), but this slightly angled version creates a distinct separation between both sides of the face when the shadow splits it down the middle.
---
2. Front facing normal, slightly angled right
Area: Shadow area under eye
This is slightly angled right instead of left in order to act opposite of that side of the face when the light hits it, creating the "Rembrandt triangle".
---
3. Left facing normal, slightly angled forwards
Area: Nose shadow area
---
4. Directly bottom facing normal
Area: Eye crease shadow area
This will cause this area to almost always be shaded from the front
---
5. Bottom facing normal, slightly angled left
Area: Neck
---
6: Directly front facing normal
Area: Middle loop after applying mirror modifier
Once mirror mod is applied, the messed up middle loop normals will now be accessible for edit. You can select the whole middle loop and apply this normal.
---
The top and back of the head/neck are usually occluded and they have less need for edited normals so you could just leave their normals as default.
---
Disclaimer: This is just a basic normal editing job; there are more areas that can have normals applied, and you may want to use more sophisticated normal editing software (e.g. AbNormal) for more advanced normal editing (instead of copying plane normals xd). Also keep in mind these might not even be the proper normals lmao, I just found them through trial and error
