I personally love trucking and trucking itself is a culture that has been passed down generations. Genuinely there isn't anything I'd rather do, therefore of course I'm against self driving trucks. However where I can agree is self driving cars being much safer on the road then a 16 year old texting and driving or me on my off days drunk driving.

The $70B number thrown around is not just for Horizon Worlds (Their "Metaverse") it includes the Quest headset line, All Meta Wearables, their entire VR operating system development, and dozens of internal research projects pushing the bounds of AR/VR technology such as displays, battery, materials research, and chip architecture. A vast majority of the spending is in long horizon hardware research projects.

I’ve been working really hard to reduce my short form intake and screen time because I’ve observed so many tangible negative changes in my life since getting addicted to it. Reddit has been by far the biggest issue. I’ve been using Reddit for 13 years and it’s so hard to stop.
