New goal for server upgrade

Our service provider Hetzner is now offering the new OS version (Windows Server 2016). The OS license costs 25€ per month, on top of 35€ for the server, so that's about 60€ per month total. Our donations have dropped a little recently so they don't fully cover the upgraded server costs. I can pay some of the hosting myself (and we have some surplus for exceeding the funding goal before), but I'm going to wait until the monthly donations are closer to the price of the upgraded server. I added another goal for that so you know where they money would go to.

At some point we may have to upgrade if the traffic keeps increasing, but for now VocaDB is fine on the old server. The new server + OS would just make it slightly faster.

For reference, the current server specs: Core i7 4770, 32GB RAM, Windows Server 2012 R2

The upgraded server I'm looking at: Core i7 6700, 64GB RAM, Windows Server 2016
