As you guys know, the original game is still being sold by a publisher who does not have my consent to do so. They were sent a termination of contract effective on June 1st, which they said they will not honor. To avoid more headaches, I won't go out of my way to do super obvious stuff against that pre-existing licensing agreement. I promise you, it is as annoying to me as it is to everybody else to have to keep going into these details. But anytime I am talking about my game, it kind of has to get into that stuff. And Incube8 are not the boogieman - I am not afraid to mention them, like they will appear behind me with more legal threats. I still have not received a dollar for game sales. Does it sound like that agreement is still valid?
Contract or not, there's nothing stopping me from emailing my game to my friends. Which is exactly what I will be doing. I always intended for the digital edition of my game to be free, so now it is.
This new edition expands on the story, and primarily begins to introduce some of the ideas that Sen'i and the larger sequel to TMOS will cover. I think fans of the original game will find these additions quite interesting and hopefully will get your curiosity going. Enjoy!
