Poll 93 Results, Poll 94 and This Week

Last week was a 12-8 win for Modern Arty/CAS... I think it's time to get some of BAOR's new Harrier rocket pods in on the action.

I'm definitely coming down with a cold this week (playing too much CMCW perhaps?) and while I might be able to record some gravelly narration I doubt I'd be able to do much or that it would be a good idea. Luckily, we're back round to the Unit Guides so I G-for-Greyhound in the pipe and ready to go so I can get away without needing to record this week. I'd still like to get stuck in, sort the letter H out (Hetzer? Humvee? Humber? Harrier? Hornet? Hummel?) and stay one step ahead. We'll see.

On the plus side, I can spend a week plate spinning other projects. Of the stuff I can talk about: holy moley it's nearly November, I really need to sort out the Winter Turn-by-Turn. The number of members both here and on Youtube has increased dramatically- we're actually pretty close to 500 combined- so it might be worth aiming at a larger scale battle. We'll see.

St George might be out, because I've replicated some similar but considerably more local terrain and it could be really interesting to go out after the battle and do a round-up 'on-location', as it were.

Anyway, we're back round to WW2 shorts for this week's poll: Armour Penetration vs Infantry Firepower.

Comments

OK, “battle of Tehran” using CMSF2 (Iranian Pasdaran as unconventional), Syrians as Soviets The idea is to use scenario editor to make a combined conventional-unconventional force. Soviets are in Motor Rifle Battalion strength with regimental and divisional assets on call.
