"Replay Embrace" clean downloads
Added 2023-08-01 21:37:49 +0000 UTCI ran the video through my VCRs onto a tape to get the vhs "effect" for the finished video. This is the "base" video, before I ran it through the vcr. It's easier to see some details/secrets in here that don't show up well/at all in the Youtube/vhs version. Also attached is a download of the Youtube/vhs version.
This project was inspired by several things, stylistically, including the early internet, early games likes Disney's Phonics Quest and The Museum of Everything Goes, The Magical World of Ania, and several tapes in my vhs collection (I collect random/strange vhs tapes as a hobby). It was spurned as a way for me to process parts of my ancestry, family, and upbringing. I hope to have a longer video out on October 31st, as a second installment.
