Issue #01 shipping in September, what to expect next

Greetings, we hope you are all doing well and staying safe! As we're finishing up the last bits on Issue #01, we wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know the latest.

In our last update, we said our goal was to start shipping Issue #01 in August. As we were finishing up the issue, we were able to squeeze in a couple new articles that we felt really needed to be included. Because of that, Issue #01 will begin printing the first week of September, with shipments beginning as soon as we receive the issues from the printer.

It's just a week or two more, but we definitely think it'll be worth the wait!

How do charges work?

We know there are quite a few new patrons since our last issue, so we want to explain how our Patreon model works. As you probably noticed when you joined, we only charge "per creation," meaning you are only charged when a Mega Visions issue is ready to send to the printer.

Because of the way Patreon works, we're required to create a "charge post" that allows us charge your account for your subscribed tier.

What this means is on Aug. 28, we will create and publish a charge post titled "Mega Visions Issue #01 preview." This will contain a list of the articles, along with new teaser layouts, but most importantly, it will charge your account for your subscribed tier.
