I still think Dehaka is S tier this patch yes. I have some games on youtube uploaded this patch just search Dehaka and see how I generally play those games. If you feel like you cant do much when you global chances are you are globaling at a bad time. a 5v4 is an extremely powerful advantage, so you should already be identifying a person who is out of position and can die with a tongue before you even dig. If you are digging and you don't know exactly who you want to kill and how to reach them, then its a bad dig. Good to go over this in replays and think about it so you'll be more used to making that decision and getting into that frame of mind for next time. I'd also recommend looking at my Decision Making 101: How to play Solo Lane if you don't win the 1v1 (Dehaka Example) guide if you haven't seen it yet. That one basically is exactly what you are asking about.

2025-10-30 01:06:17 +0000 UTCLove me some Dehaka. Would you still consider him S tier on Towers of Doom in the current patch? I'm finding it hard to carry bad teams with him on this map in particular this season. Since he waveclears slower than bruisers like Leoric / Xul, and is weaker in teamfights and 1v1s until later in the game, if my team just can't win fights early we tend to fall behind really quickly and I just can't seem to make it up later in the game. Feels like good 1v1 + camp clear + struct damage (to threaten the forts) is much more important on this map now. And probably the biggest thing I'm feeling right now is if my team is unable to win fights themselves, I can't do as much with Dehaka when I join teamfights (especially before 13) compared to other bruisers like Sonya, Leo, or Imperius. Or should I be looking at better use of my global, who to target in teamfights, better positioning, etc?
