HOW TO COUNTER: SGT. HAMMER

This video will cover how to counter Sgt. Hammer! Many people find Sgt. Hammer extremely annoying and toxic to deal with and are unable to effectively counter her range advantage. In There are many ways to deal with hammer, some are obvious, but some are not very well known at all. We will cover them all in this video.

Long range heroes are still very good against what you listed, if something outranges a a hammer, it certainly also outranges an etc or a kerrigan. Those are also dive heroes so hammer will struggle to follow up an engage by those heroes since they move so slowly. Outside of that stacks just play better so if you want to beat them you have to play perfectly, no crazy changes just need extremely good play.

I know that Solo Queue into stacks most of the times will just translate into an automatic loss but maybe you might have some tips for this. When teams, mostly stacks build their composition around hammer so that she doesn't become so weak in teamfights, so something like ETC, or Alarak, or Kerrigan, heroes with a lot of stuns and displacement that can peel, pull or stun you inside the hammer range, healers that deny your diving attempts or poke, etc., what do you do in a Solo Queue scenario against these types of compositions drawn around hammer by stacks? I'm thinking more about the Liming and the Genji, but if they build the composition to protect the hammer and even empower her, how do you usually try to deal with this situation? Any other tip or ideas, or just take a hard counter and try and accept the loss due to the stack coordination diff? Perhaps and Anub to dive right as she uses her unstop with cocoon or double stun and cocoon the healer? I dunno, just wondering if you have any more thoughts on this.
