This is the first of a three-lot series. This was once a big fish canning factory that was later sold to the Landgraab corporation who refurbished it into many things. The very first is the tiniest lot (20x15) and it was turned into a bar. It's a lovely place for your sims to hang out. As you can see in the screenshots as soon as it opened it became flooded with sims, who I guess were really thirsty! Come have a drink and some fun.
