BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: NEW THINGS COMING!

So I called an all hands meeting with everyone who works at The Line this week and we decided in 2024 we are going to add a LOT more patreon exclusive content!
We will continue to have a monthly zoom for everyone but will also begin featuring short form content a few times a month.
Also, still working it out and in the design phase, but we are going to make some "Patreon Founding Supporters" merch that will only be available to people who are supporters on patreon before the one year anniversary of us launching Patreon. Be on the look out for that!

2023-12-19 05:17:00 +0000 UTCSimple solution. Charge the lowest amount you can on YouTube a month, and specify that you won’t get the Patreon perks that cost the same. Specify that you only get a star next to your name and don’t need to worry about slow mode in live chat if you pay on YouTube. But that’s all you get. Every single other benefit is housed on Patreon - for the same price. Otherwise it starts to feel scammy. That’s just my opinion, take that as you will.

I canceled that and now pay $5 a month here on Patreon for way more access and perks, and you get less money. You should work on a way to address that. Plenty of people pay on YouTube, your primary platform. *Where* we support the show shouldn’t be so ridiculously lopsided as far as perks, especially when the people paying on the previously mentioned platform get the least benefits for double the money. And it’s double shady when $10 is the lowest tier on YT.
