I think they need to warm up appropriately before any vigorous exercise they may be intending to take part in with these two hypothetical studs (who we may have already met?). They may have a different opinion of our two protagonists now, I'm guessing - much more convivial? As we age (dramatically quickly), we become more prone to soft tissue injuries and we wouldn't want them pulling something ... like a hamstring ... or tearing something else ... also like a hamstring ...
