Hope y'all are doing well! Here's what we've been up to! Starting with a Word from Vixel! (Actually there's two!)

3/11 update:

Heya floofs!! <3 Last week I crunched on Adventures coding, polish and playtesting! The big pieces are working well and what's left is odds and ends. Still a pretty lengthy list. Will be goin hard this week to try and wrap those up!!

We included a fun lil throwback Adventure for the upcoming build. I'm looking forward to seeing its return. :) Have a nice week! <3

3/18 update:

Hey floofs! <3 Had a rocky time last week with some unexpected homeside issues. Slowed my progress on TFOL while I got it sorted out. We're not far from a build, I'll close the loop as soon as I can! There's some savestate work remaining, and a bit of code to finish for a new illustrated scene, then build playtesting with Carrot.

On my side - I've been working on those end-credit illustrations! It's 6 scenes, and uh, MOST OF THOSE SCENES HAVE 15+ CHARACTERS lmao, it's been a time xD. But honestly, I love these mutli-character illustrations. I've always dug composing orgy scenes, some of my best work imo. None of these end-credit illustrations are explicit or orgies, BUT there's a lot of the same problem solving. Regardless I wont' be sharing them here yet, but once the game is done, I've got a fun timelapse to show off. ALSO, they aren't remotely done, just sketched so far (again like, 80+ character drawings) and I've just finished lining one entire scene.

SO, how are my thumbs doing? Well, the left thumb is actually doing pretty good these days. Much less random pains, but I'm still gonna have it a lot of rest. THE RIGHT THUMB THOUGH lol, maybe I've been pushing it with the drawing recently, buuut, it was kinda getting some decent pain yesterday, soooo. Yeah. Still healing, that's for sure. Slow and steady I suppose.

I was able to doodle out a couple images for a friend while testing a few new setups. I got a drawing glove to help with palm rejection for drawing with touch controls on. Touch controls lets me not need a lot of hotkeys anymore, so it's great for the left hand! BUUuT I guess more work for the right hand looool. It's just good to have these options and hop around. But yeah! THus the sketches :> Enjoy cute owl girl!

OH, i also did some sound design shiz :> Act 4 has some new sounds :O. also I needed to do some previously needed sounds, like a Buying things sound, and some taps for the bug report keyboard. SHID, I have another act 4 sound I forgot to make...
