Teaser - GUI improvements

When we first released the game, one of the most significant design issues the community raised was the GUI's blandness.
At the time, we didn't see any issues with its design and decided to put it off until much later.
But after experimenting with the look of the main textbox, we saw a huge improvement and just had to go back and change everything else.
Here you can see the before and after changes.
A couple of points:
- The confirm screen will display a different random character art every time it is called.
- The same is true of the background art of the save, load, preferences, and history screens. They'll have a different old-style map on each call.
- To reduce clutter, the save/load data will only appear when hovered over.
- The voice control in the preferences screen was removed since we don't have voices and don't use the voice channel.
