Weekly report 83

Before outlining our weekly report, I want to announce that we'll be taking four days off this month:
- The 15th (our kid's birthday)
- The 24th, the 25th, and the 31st (Christmas and the new year)
Last year we worked for four Sundays to cover these off days, and this year we'll do the same starting this weekend.
The report:
Chestnut has been working on the cutscenes from Rose's quests, doing several of them at the same time and in different sessions. We shared one of the images that she had started earlier and returned to here. Aside from that, she also designed a new base female sprite and did facial expressions and variations for two cutscenes.
I finished posing all of the sprite dialogues in the intro, animated and added to the game the cutscenes that were finished (I have to come back to them later since some of them don't have facial expressions and are only the base), and started posing scenes from the first quest involving Jeb. There are also a few short conversations between the main character and Holly, Celestina, and Myrtle that I have been working on. We like it when characters have small roles in each other's quests, so it's been fun.
Next week's plan:
Chestnut plans to spend the whole week working on cutscenes and sprites. She has the storyboard in front of her and is marking them as 'done' one by one.
I intend to advance as much as I can with the posing tasks, focusing on the dialogues first and adding any cutscenes that are ready and relevant to the scenes at hand.
