I was worried a little about Lambert's small part since some players don't like being lost, but fortunately, the hint system works well and depending on the stage of the main quest you were at, you had the option of asking Serena for blood as well, and that would lead to her hinting that you should go and take a photo.

Maybe it's just that I haven't played the game in so long but I felt like the quality overall was a step above the previous updates--the writing made me more invested in the characters and their stories, the art was even more beautiful and enchanting, and there was a point at which I got stuck for a bit and couldn't figure out where to go right away, when I had to find someone who had been transformed. This is a good thing imo, I like it when the solution is not immediately obvious. Although in this case I did need to use the in game help as I kind of forgot Lambert was a real character :P I also want to say that I felt like there was a LOT in this update, I didn't expect the story to continue for so long! And every minute of it was enjoyable, so I'm glad I got more than I was expecting :) I felt like the pacing was great, a good balance of sex scenes and story progression. And we even got a little bonus at the end too! I am excited to see what we learn about Gomira :)

2022-08-16 18:17:30 +0000 UTCyeah, I know what you mean, and that is the issue because if we want to keep a story engaging and interesting, there needs to be a bit of urgency, and given the game's sandboxy nature, you may, depending on the order of the quests you do, have several important events waiting for you. the problem with having quests be timed (or limited in any other form) is that that will take away people's freedom to play the quests in the order they want -- assuming I've understood your point correctly -- and while that freedom can't always be achieved especially when different characters' stories are linked, we want to maximize it as much as we can. thank you very much! really appreciate the support and the feedback.

But I Really loved the demon possession part instead. The chemistry between Rose and MC was great loved all their scenes together. I really love how you build these stories up in your game. That itβs built upon mutual attraction all the time. In some adult game, itβs all about that the guy have to seduce or even trick the girl to get her. You show that women also can have erotic feelings towards another person. So thumps up. Jeb was hilarious and also loved that Celestia(?), the match maker, had a small part as well. So big applause π

2022-08-16 06:09:57 +0000 UTCI actually didn't expect a response but I am glad you did ^^ Just wanted to say - when MC *thinks* about the sollutions it would be expected for him to think "that he could talk to Serena or Sev about this" but as the intention is to just keep it optional - MC could say that he himself doesn't think they would give him clear answers or so. That would be ideal I think, although not necessary - it's fine as it is atm and as the story progresses it will be harder to fill the gaps. ALSO I am happy to hear about the Harpy Girl XD, cheers!

As in the urgency of the story line, maybe you can introduce timed quest for those that play the story alongside the other. I felt the same urgency with some of the other quests too. I.e. the dungeon (you'll know I'm sure, I don't want to type spoilers). Either way, keep up that amazing work, I too signed up as a patron for as long as I can afford. Thank you for making this, I'd love to see it finished one day.

I liked Jeb too, and we will definitely use him in other stories if we can. About Sev knowing about demons, the idea was to keep it vague enough, so you still have to do the quest. Perhaps I need to redo it to make it feel like the story progression is necessary. Serena has an optional convo when it comes to getting the blood (since she can transform into an old woman), but I don't think she has a convo for the demon problem later (which can be fixed). None of the girls in the MC's dream are specific characters, but the design of the harpy is something we have in mind for a future character. Thanks again, and cheers!

I have been following your work for a long time and waiting for the story to progress - because you actually have some nice ongoing plot and cool world setting to say the least(plot/world enjoyer here). After last main story update i was actually kinda disappointed that Rose is taking 0.6 update because of curiosity "what will happen next" and i honestly thought it's gonna be kind of a waste of time since her character didn't really strike me as intresting. Here and now though, after playing the newest update i have to say it is amazing and really really good! As i mentioned before, i didn't think much of this update because of Rose but after playing it - it is soo good. also >Spoilers< Plot-wise -> The character of Jebediah is amazing and it made so much sense that there are people like him in this world, doing things like he did. I enjoyed his apperance a lot and it will be nice to see him somewhere in the story again(eventually). I have to say i am a little bit dissapointed due to lack of "shooting starts" or "the more you know" meme at the "appropriate"(psycense) moment - i really felt like AT LEAST shooting stars belonged there. As for the other things - the story was very engaging from the beggining to the end, from the finding of a chained woman to the flight in the sky, city in the depths and the demon itself. Comedic inserts are very on point and in general everything just fits. Also to be honest after i heard about Rose's problem first thing i did was going to the Sev because i figured he might or at least SHOULD know something about how to fix the issue - and to my suprise he actually did and told the exact thing you have to do! What was sad for me is that you couldn't use his advice for the story progression but still it's nice that you didn't forget about him. I didn't try to play the game from the earlier stage where you can still talk with Serena but i hope she also can be at least asked about Rose's issue. Erotic-wise -> The. First. Scene. The first scene of this update was just too good in comparisson to everything else. Looking at it i thought to myself that "it was worth to wait for this update". As for the other ones - they were still of a good quality and enjoyable. Also i have to say i liked Demon-Rose looks way more than the Human-Rose looks but that is probably just a personal prefference. As for the other stuff, well after seeing so far what you can do to make the story enjoyable and cool i feel like i don't mind that the next update is going to be about Gomira(which didn't appear to me as intresting either) because now i know that you can just make a great story out of it that i will enjoy. ALSO i have to mention that - just before the scene where MC dreams about Rose's wagon burning - there is a scene where he is in between a lot of nude women and i have to say that the one on the bottom left, with turquoise/malachite hair and wings like a harpy was kind of standing out from the crowd for me. Due to that i really hope that image wasn't just MC's imagination and some girls(specifically that one xD) will be featured in the game someday. If i have to say anything negative about your work it is probably just that we have to wait for a loooong time untill an update is finished and released - although if that is necessary to keep the current quality and enjoyment of the game then so be it. Looking forward to the next update!

The mob wouldn't wait with torches for us to finish other quests so once we've started Rose's storyline we had to finish it.

I was sure she would turn out to be some kind of a werewolf and I'm glad I was wrong, your idea was much, much better. That devil and a new location were also a great addition and overall I think it might have been the best update yet. (it's hard to tell since every update is great). One of the reasons I've become a patron for this month.

The sense of urgency and isolation from the other threads did feel inconsistent with the parallel nature of the other characters' stories, as Matthew Truesdail mentioned above; however, I thoroughly enjoyed having time to focus on one character in particular. I thought the writing was hilarious, even if a little drawn out at times.

2022-08-11 16:38:54 +0000 UTCOkay so I didn't cast a vote for one reason: I haven't yet finished it. If memory serves, I left off right before Rose hitches up the wagon to take off. Now, normally I would call this awful, as I usually inhale new releases of projects I follow. HOWEVER, there's a strong mitigating factor in the fact that I've been under a huge crunch at work, and it's sapped my energy, including for anything text-heavy. So, y'know, take my thoughts with a grain of salt or whatever.
