Hi, everybody!

First of all, merry Christmas to all of you who celebrate it, and happy holidays to everyone else!

I hope you all have a great time with your friends and family and enjoy your holidays.

Off days:

Before the report, I want to confirm that we plan to take the 24th and the 31st of December off for holiday celebrations.

In addition, I have a surgery operation scheduled for the 11th of Jan, and although I may have to be hospitalized for a week, I should be able to work from bed from the 12th onward.

Weekly report:

Chestnut finished her work on Percival's sprite, doing all of the hands and faces currently needed (there will be more). Earlier she had planned to work on the sprite of a number of male supporting characters we have (similar to Jeb in 0.6), but instead, she worked on another new female character who will be introduced in 0.7, finishing her design. We don't want to say more about this new character aside from the fact that she's a tad magical, and I think many of you will like her.

My plan was to edit as much of the first draft as possible, and I've advanced a good deal. Although I initially thought I would require a lot of changes, that hasn't been the case (editing is still needed, though). I also found some bugs and fixed them.

Next week will be the final week of 2022, and Chestnut and I both want to finish as much of what we're doing right now as possible. In Chestnut's case, that would mean finishing as many sprites and sprite elements as she can, and for me, it would mean concluding the editing of the first draft. In addition to that, though, I also have to code in several sprite additions which Chestnut has prepared but that I haven't had the time to add to the game. If all goes well, I'll be able to get back to posing in Jan and advance at a good pace with actual sprites rather than placeholder hands and facial features.
