Weekly report 181

I hope you're all doing well. Here's a summary of what Chestnut and I have been working on since our last report.
Chestnut:
She worked on three different things: two cutscenes and a background. The background in question is almost finished, but she wants to add a few buttons to it in case we end up using it again (that's my hope). She's very close to being done with all of her main tasks, and once that happens, she'll focus on doing edits/improvements (and redoing, in the case of one event) some of the art from the earlier part of the update.
Pistachio:
I edited a dialogue and spent most of the week working on two sex scenes, finishing their code (which will be done by the end of tonight's work), and fully animating and writing the dialogue during the sex for one of them. I also did some testing.
Next week's plan:
Chestnut wants to start drawing more sex scenes, and what we will do is go through the text and do some recapitulation of the parts I haven't yet posed so that she can do their art.
My plan is to get back to the dialogues and do as much editing, rewriting, and posing as I can.

I don't have any estimates, no. the reports say the same things, more or less, because that's what we have been working on. it's been a complicated update, and I cannot wait to be done with it, but we're not there yet, unfortunately, and I'm sorry about that. all I can do, in addition what we have been doing, is offer you a refund for the past 3 months (the maximum Patreon lets me). that doesn't really address what you said, I'm aware, but I wouldn't want to accept your pledge when you're not happy with our work. I'll send you a dm to confirm this.

If it uses a 2d persistent save location, then you don't have to do anything and your saves are carried over automatically (the case with the C18 port), otherwise you will have to manually back up your save files and transfer them to the new game once it drops. I recommend backing up your save files (using a file management app) because you can never be sure if the person who created a port for the version you're playing will also port them 0.7 and future releases.
