Hi everybody.

I hope you had a great week and are looking forward to a restful weekend. Here's the summary of our work last week:

Chestnut:

She finished the background she was working on and started preparing the art of the first sex scene. We've decided to share the completed background sometime next week as a spoiler since although it gives away one of the bigger events of the update, it's not directly related to the main plot of the story, so seeing it won't negatively impact your experience. It's a cool event that gives us a chance to interact and have dialogue options with multiple existing characters (one of whom will have a fun achievement).

Pistachio:

I worked on and finished two events this week. These events involved "shepherdy" activities, giving Holly's update a different feel, which is a welcome addition. I would say that the posing is overall progressing well, and I'm happy with the completed work. I also wrote a new dialogue, which was necessary, and posed it.

Next week's plan:

Chestnut will wrap up the multi-layered base art of the first sex scene and work on cutscenes.

I will, starting this weekend, stop taking Sundays off so that I can get more work done. We had this release so far avoided not having at least one off day, but I have too much work to do, and while I won't be pulling all-nighters as I did during most of 0.7's development (it's not sustainable long-term because it messes me up physically and mentally), I'm going to be working seven days a week from now on until the update's done (Chestnut will be with the kids).
