If a GM is concerned about it being too tough, I'd work in a lost box of Carmine Legion healing potions to rebalance the scales a bit. Added the table to the errata! 🙏

2025-07-21 14:21:00 +0000 UTCThe magazines just keep getting better! I love the gladiator types, and I'm not sure I've ever been in a party that was ready for a Fire Giant Headtaker. The adventure would be a struggle for 3rd level characters. I'm going to have to min-max some character designs to see whether I could design a party who could achieve more than one overnight success. The table Headtaker's Chain is missing a 't' on Fire Giant, then maybe that was the part of the Fire Giant that was "taken" to make the chain.
