2025-11-06 21:14:39 +0000 UTCAfter the dramatic and frustrating editing that is Boys II Planet, Universe League is going to seem like a Spa Day. They're way less drama, lots of heartwarming moments, great performances, a lot of original songs, and great cast of mentors. The format of this competition is different from the usual Produce/Planet type shows so it is a nice change. I love that almost every reactor I've seen watch Universe League so far has been so awestruck by EL CAPITXN that they have to stop and just admire how he's giving Handsome and Beautiful at the same time because SAME. I'm obsessed with him now. As someone also born in the 1990s, this show makes me feel so old seeing that Steven is the oldest and born in 2000. Daisuke and An Yul make me feel like a fossil. I was full on in high school when they're born. BTW, An Yul is technically the youngest but Daisuke definitely is the baby of the show, though they're born in different years, they're only a week apart in age. Don't underestimate the babies, they're precious and very talented and need to be protected. I know you'll enjoy this show and can't wait for you to discover more of these guys!
