Agree with you here, although not the way you state it. Some people may be into this type of thing, I'm the same as you, not wanting to put stuff like this into my unconscious. I second that tags should be used. If you ever want to de-program yourself, it's very easy to do so, just use self-hypnosis. All hypnosis is really self-suggestion (hence why you have to be in a relaxed state) - you have control over everything you allow into your mind and what you allow to stay there. To counter something, re-frame it and use repetition.

To me, I would add some "casual" type of visuals, where people just enjoy their sunbathing on the beach, laughing and giggling. Some type of absolute innocent visuals which even increase the contrast of that intense but to a certain extent subtle style of ASMR.
