I only managed to get it to have all this fit and volume precisely because the fabric is velvety, so it's quite thick and that helped a lot!
Even because of the volume, I didn't think it was necessary to make the skirt go around the entire hip, otherwise I would end up with a lot of fabric accumulated unnecessarily, so I made enough pleats to cover only the front area, what do you think?🤔

I don't know, just testing to find out hmm 🤔 But the volume on the hips of this green skirt will be essential for the beige dress to keep the pleats well formed, so anything I think if you make a light peticoati, it would be fine maybe!✨
