Depending on which version of the game you played, you might need to start a new save.
If your saves are from v0.1, you'll need to start a new game. If your saves are from any other version, you won't need a new save.
This is due to adding content switches, changing the way relations are coded so they aren't tied too rigidly to each other anymore, and adding the replay gallery. If you're unsure about which version you played, basically, if you had the replay gallery, your save is fine.

Hi Zhong. That's understandable and I respect that. It's nice to support as many people as possible but I get that it's difficult because of the cost. And I really do appreciate your support and belief in this project. I'm still fairly new at this so I'm trying to figure out the best path. Sadly, there's no instruction manual. My ideal scenario would be to keep Patreon completely separate from the store page, but the game is too small for Steam, can't go on Itch because of Paypal's adult content policy, and Oppaiman is working on a new system, but it's not out yet so until I see what it is, I'm not really sure what I'll be able to do with it. My target is to break even on production costs because every month that goes by I'm spending more than I make, which is fine for now but long term is going to be a problem. It is a genuinely good idea though, so I'm going to have to think about this and weigh up all the options. Thanks for being honest with me about this and voicing your opinion. I appreciate it

2025-03-20 18:49:47 +0000 UTCI'd like to reiterate that I support anywhere between 5 to 15 creators at a time. The $1 creators I never unsubscribe from. Any higher than that and I'm moving my subscription around and tend to only subscribe to any one of them maybe one month a year. This allows me to access and support the widest content with my limited budget.

2025-03-20 00:28:10 +0000 UTCI follow several creators at the one dollar mark for years because I cant afford to follow as many as I'd like at higher teirs. The games at those higher tiers are limited to budget constraints. If the $1 level isn't producing any content, not just delayed release, I may have to unfollow. Would you consider doing what many other creators do and just do delayed release. $5 for instant access, $3 - 4 week delay, $1 - 8 week delay. This would make this affordable while giving an incentive to upgrade.
