Welcome, and thank you very much for choosing my services. By using my services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

- Working method

Please provide all the details about your idea, such as the setting, theme, aesthetic, and mood, and send me all the references and character sheets necessary for the assignment.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the assignment. Any changes, delays, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client will be the client's responsibility.

I will definitely not draw:

- Realistic portrait and/or realistic drawing.

- Cubs, young people, and any underage characters depicting sexual acts with others, either of the same age or categorized as adults.

- Explicit content of dismemberment and gore, to an extremely shocking degree.

- Extreme obesity.

Delivery of commissioned works is subject to availability or the order in which they appear on the commission list. A delivery time estimate will be provided once the work has begun. Delivery times may vary depending on the type and complexity of the assignment, as well as various external factors.

The Client is entitled to several free corrections during the sketching and lineart phase. Additional corrections after approving the major part of the development will incur an additional cost.

Upon completion, the client will receive a purchase invoice and two files, one high-resolution and one low-resolution.

- Contact Information

Orders must be requested through my social media channels, such as X, Instagram, or Telegram. Most work and delivery will be done via Telegram only.

The client MUST send their name and PayPal address to receive a payment invoice.

Provide your social media hashtags if you wish to be tagged on X or other social media.

- Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service under any circumstances, informing the client of my decision not to complete the assignment.

I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion, including, but not limited to, situations involving harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior.

I reserve the right to reject a commission if it does not fit the aesthetic or content I wish to represent.

- Prices and Payments

Prices indicated are in USD, base prices are subject to changes. Prices may vary depending on complexity and PayPal fees.

Payment must be made via PayPal after sketch approval. Once paid, the process will continue.

- Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation requests will be accepted before the slot is assigned and payment is received.

After payment and the start of the work, you can request cancellation and receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.

In the event of inappropriate, offensive, or inappropriate behavior by the client, I reserve the right to cancel the commission during the process and retain 50% of the total cost paid.

- Copyright and Licenses

The Client is required to credit the artist.

It is prohibited to place my work in any AI engine.

It is prohibited to use commissions such as images, assets, and copies of assets in any blockchain-related technology, including non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrencies, or similar future inventions.

I reserve the right to publish commissioned work in my galleries and on my social media unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Upon request, I may accept private commissions and not make them public.

- Changes to the Terms of Service

I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
