This is Snuff-fulls. Also known as Snuffles, or HRSnuffnstuff sometimes. It is believed that she is the same person as a girl named Maisie Whittmore who went missing in the Chicago area in 1999 and was believed to have been part of the Witch event that P.R.I.M.E. is still covering up to this day.

She is a wanted criminal being sought after by the P.R.I.M.E. Organization in 2014 that deals with eliminating supernatural entities. This is not because Snuff-fulls herself is a supernatural entity, or at least she doesn't seem to be one now, but she has access to information about many supernatural killers, as well as information on the terrorist organization known as the Gore Whores. 

Snuff-fulls is a woman in her 30's that is a very popular cam girl among people of ill repute on the dark web. She was the main admin and moderator for the site  called "The Slaughterhouse" where she would keep chat in line, accept crypto donations and run interference for any sort of tracking devices while also doing most of the camera and lighting work. She was one of the three popular streamers along with Lucifina Slaughter and Killizabeth Bathroy, whom she helped with performing various online murder shows that they called Carnography. After an incident that left Lucifina dead, the members of the underground red room decided that Killizabeth should be in charge of the group, and there was a falling out between the two factions, with Killizabeth Bathroy starting her own channel called "The Bath House" and Snuff-fulls starting a new site called Snuff-fulls' house of fun.

While Snuff-fulls puts on shows that are identical to a typical cam girl, accepting money to do lewd or pornographic things, and also doing reaction videos to porn or gory violent videos online, she also accepts donations to do illegal or criminal acts, or uses her stream to show people how she films and edits her snuff films that she's known for. She uses her money that she receives to hire hitmen, kidnappers, and just generally shady people to kidnap people for her that she can use in her shows. She sometimes gets donations of people from mafia or organized crime groups, giving her the location of a snitch or informant, or maybe a family member of someone who wronged them, or even donations of drugs or people from various cartels that she can use for her shows. She even has a segment where she records herself in a public location and has the chat pick out someone for her to try and lure in to have sex with and possibly kill. 

Normally she wears a full mask over her nose and mouth. This is because she seems to have suffered from some sort of injury at some point as she is blind in her right eye, has bad scars on her left cheek, and an entire portion of her face is missing from her right cheek back to her jaw line, causing her teeth to always be visible. She almost always wears a mask, and talks with a lisp because of this, but she's done plenty of face revealing and will even do sexual acts with that side of her mouth on occasion if paid enough. 

One of her most popular segments however, is portrayed here, which is her Myth Busters segment, where someone donates money and asks her to bust a particular myth, or prove it correct. It usually is something sexual or violent such as "Can you smash someone's head into pulp using only your ass" or "Is biting through someone's finger really as easy as biting a carrot". In this instance, another criminal by the code name of KiLLJoY asked her if she could eat an entire person like in vore porn. After luring in a young girl, she brought her back to her studio and drugged her to be eaten, getting donations for various torture methods as well as suggestions for how to cook and eat different parts of her. In the end, she was able to eat far more of the girl than she thought she would be able to due to the mukbangs she did leading up to this, and the cocktail of drugs she had taken to help her push through the pain she might feel otherwise.

Though not usually used for fetish art, this is actually a villain from one of my TTRPG campaigns I run. She fit the concept very well so I used her for it. She's the worst. But if ya want more of her doing violent sexy things, I'd be glad to oblige.
