I got my period today, which i'm very excited about because it's my peak boob day. I also found two four-leaf clovers. A few weeks before my period, my boobs get bigger and way more painful and I need to wear my bra to bed. On period day, my boobs are still huge but they don't hurt anymore. If you want to start a cycle of some kind, please use today as your marker. Today is the beginning of something for you, and you can decide the end date. My periods are not super regular. I get them like every two months, so there is no need to base it on the moon.

But unrelatedly, I encourage you to commune with the moon every 15 days. That's what I do. I burn bay leaves on the new moon and the full moon. The next full moon is May 12. Get some bay leaves, write what you want to "let go" on them, find a good spot under the moon, and burn them. Maybe call a friend and tell them what you chose to burn. If you liked this and want to burn them on the new moon too, you should write down things you want to "bring in".

Feel free to take things slow like me today, eat sour candies or chocolaty things, or get serious about something. Your boobs are perfect today, skies the limit. Sometimes I wish we could all report changes in our bodies to each other more regularly. I would personally like to casually speak to my close friends about the changes with my boobs, and I want their feedback. I think that everyone is always going through small and massive cycles. Little rebirths. It's probably connected to the seasons as well. It's nice to think about.
