How much real do you want?

Short version is that as I had a lot of things buried in my head, and suddenly was stuck going "cold turkey". This didn't go terribly well, and I spent time with many questionable characters on the internet trying to "get my fix" as it were >_<
Would you be interested in seeing this written up as erotic prose?
If so, how realistic would you want it to be?
