Inner circle update #2 for 0.4.21

Hi all!

So, my injury appears to have flared up a bit again - at first I hoped it was just an ordinary muscle thing but it's been over a week now, so I think it must be the spine again. The good news though is that it's nowhere near as bad as April: some pain & discomfort but it isn't stopping me sleeping or anything so the impact on my work isn't all that bad.

Apart from that, progress is OK on the next release. I've some WIPs for the new "love dream" scenes but I think before finishing them I'm going to polish off the gameplay changes and get a dev version out for you to test.

The basics of the changes are:

- The PC can only be in love with 1 man, and only have 3 at crush or higher.

- Love will decay over time if the PC ignores the man (at present this means going 5+ weeks without any love-gain from any source).

- The old system for limiting love increases has been completely replaced. Now there's a new one that gives the PC a compatibility level that caps Love based on traits, attraction, liking and a random element. This is an area that will need extensive balancing, so the dev version will output the raw numbers in the character browser to help inform your feedback.

The intent of this is that the player won't be able to make just any NPC her "one true love" and the random element means that even an otherwise-suitable man might end up capped at CRUSH or even lower. In that case the PC might have to decide if her feelings for the man are "good enough" for a long-term relationship.

- Love changing to or from the love and crush categories will now add a line to the week summary. In the full release new crushes will often also trigger a scene where the PC has a dream about the man, but this won't be in the dev version for testing.


Anyway, I'll post again when I've the dev version for you: it should be ready by mid-week, or hopefully earlier.
