Outfits get additional modifiers on top of the clothing stats. Going without underwear is naughty for some outfit types but not for others.

Swapping out a thong with Attractiveness: 0 Naughtiness: 6 Elegance: 0 For 'no panties' with Attractiveness: 2 Naughtiness: 1 Elegance: 0 There's a 3 Attractiveness difference and a 3 Naughtiness difference Specifically 19/15/5 without and 16/18/5 with thong
