Newlife 0.3.14

Newlife 0.3.14 is ready to go. The default-save-location issue a few people have reported is still not fixed - I have a solution that works in dev, but runs into problems with the build process, so I'll need to look into reworking that after the holidays. The changes needed would be a bit too convoluted to get done this week, considering various non-newlife distractions, so I'm leaving the fix for 0.3.15.
The new version is attached to this post. This is just the jar for now - the exe will have to wait until after the holidays.

They're randomly chosen from the men who live in your neighborhood - this is the only place in the game where neighborhoods have a meaningful difference at the moment. There's a 20% chance that a random man is in your neighborhood, but most special npcs are set to not be. How they respond depends on their personality and attitude towards you - some men might hear you call for help but choose to ignore it.

Either I'm being inattentive or not choosing the right traits/situations, does anyone else know where the old scenes have been modified and under what circumstances?
