Sex will need some sort of rework when lesbians get added, because it won't make sense to just end lesbian sex when the npc has an orgasm. I'll probably draw upon whatever the lesbian implementation ends up being to improve straight sex too. Men already have some positive traits for sex, but might get a few more. I also want to add some basic negative traits, although these will probably be things like a "bad in bed" trait which reduces the player's arousal increases. As for too many orgasms affecting willpower, that's a fairly simple change and one I hadn't thought of. I'll put in a basic implementation for the next version, with the effect starting at 3 orgasms in the scene-chain and increasing with additional ones up to a maximum of 10.

While some questions are being floated, one that's been scratching at the back of my head just came up... will there eventually be content for when the PC has "too many" orgasms? We can talk hentai's "ahegao" fetish, or we can talk just losing most willpower and sense, but mainly just anything to denote how absurd the orgasm count is for some of these guys. (To that end: positive and negative traits for male stamina for the men?)

I'll repost mine from the first time you asked: Create a fifth personality class that cannot be used by the custom NPC infrastructure, one that is designated something very obvious like "Cameos" or "Patreon". It's set to 0 by default. Instead of randomly-assigned attributes, Patreon NPCs are randomly picked from a pool of NPCs designed by lotto winners, who submit the custom NPC file and can name/design them as they please, from OCs to terrible self-portraits to perversions of famous people or characters (with names altered to avoid lawsuits, of course). Since this would require little monthly coding, beyond that initial infrastructure, perhaps the winner gets a custom dialogue/description line to replace a default one, or they get to break one rule that doesn't violate your principles (i.e. 100% impregnation chance regardless of contraceptives, 100% permanent true love from player to NPC, ability to weaken the player's willpower, some other modifier that we don't know about like "chance to rescue player from mugger"). (EDIT: Removed the other two suggestions since, honestly, they aren't that appealing beyond just being something to fill the void.)

As a former 20 dollar month supporter (Went down to $5 due to income reasons) I am not sure I can think of anything other then the lotto that would cause me to go back to $20.

How about traits? Maybe the $20 patrons can have the opportunity to vote on future traits that can lay the groundwork for future stuff.

Well, my obsession with anonymity would mean video and even voice would be out. A text chat might be possible but I could see timezone issues with that. Also, my internet access isn't always reliable - it isn't a big deal if I have to delay a release a few hours, but if people have put time aside in advance for a chat then it could be a problem
