Here's Newlife 0.3.19. There were a lot of internal changes in this one and a lot of bugs showed up in testing. If you find any issues then please report them and I'll get a patched version out tomorrow.

The key change is female npcs showing up in games. To get to the befriend scene:
1: Go clubbing and choose the "Chat with another girl" action. You can do this once per visit.
2: After chatting with a girl enough times, choose the usual "befriend" action on the weekend time slot. You'll see her name listed among the male friendship candidates. You need an empty friend slot to do this, just like when you make male friends.
3: Select her as your befriending target, and you'll get to the new scene. This has different paths depending on her character type.

Edit: I've updated the version on this post, about 10 minutes after the initial release. This is to have the proper name for the new npc trait. If you're having trouble with new custom npcs, try re-downloading.

I'm not too keen on the "no willpower" option, but the "dislikes oral" sounds like a really fun, quirky trait. I'm picturing something along the lines of a 'grin & bear it' kind of mentality, with possible elements of embarrassment and light humiliation - especially if the npc finishes in the player's mouth. Mixing that kind of player character with a "prefers oral" partner could make for some really interesting scenarios.

2016-03-21 23:39:24 +0000 UTCa suggestion for a trait for player, well 2 actually: dislikes oral & a "no willpower" which fails all willpower checks. The 2nd does have issues about "non-consentual" but make it unselectable unless a player specifically does it.

The 3 character types have different paths (sophisticated=coffee, party-girl=drinking, innocent=walk by canal). The lowlives can appear on the innocent path

2016-03-21 16:46:38 +0000 UTCTo the Ostrich Most Splendid: I notice the "lowlife" trait is listed under minor changes. Are the scenes involving this trait not yet implemented? To the Patrons: Has anyone gotten any scenes with the female friends besides the befriending activities? On that note, any results other than: A) the coffee "wingwoman" scene B) just coffee C) just walking through town? That's not a complaint since we're still in the infrastructure-establishing phase, just wanna find out before I spend more time testing attributes.
