Newlife 0.3.25
Added 2016-08-25 19:16:54 +0000 UTCHi all, 0.3.25 is completed. I've attached the file to this post for you to download. This update contains a new large sex scene which can be accessed through various friendship-related scenes.
For those of you who don't scrutinise the minor updates section of the changelog, there's aslo a new cheat in this version which increases the number of clothes in the shop.
I've also noticed that we've passed the 4.5k milestone. I'll post again about that sometime in the next few days. That will most likely be implemented in the next version but there might be some aspects of the implementation that I'll want feedback from players on.

Hi there, bit of a late reply from me here I'm afraid! The issue with a solo scene is that it could get quite repetitive, especially as "explore your body" is intended as an action the player might take every week for quite some time. I might add one at some point, but it wouldn't be an automatic thing. It might be more interesting to have a masturbation scene with an npc watching in order to give it some pc-npc interactions. Stress will get a heavy rework at some point: possibly with the work update. I'm inclined to change significantly how it works because the current gradual week-by-week increase/reduction has some fundamental problems. I think it'll need to be rewritten to increase faster but for major stress reduction activities to be much stronger, so it can build up over a few weeks and then be wiped back down again just as quickly. That will also need some thought though. I think squirting is on the todo list somewhere but I've put a comment on there just in case it isn't. Orgasms and player pleasure will also get some more work somewhere, with certain men delaying their orgasm to give you more time to get off and more foreplay options including cunnilingus. Currently, the various pleasure traits will help you orgasm (especially sensitive pussy) and it can help to get as turned on as possibly while making out before sex.

Like when you select "explore your body" both my partner and I believe there should be a masturbation event there. ESPECIALLY for the male start characters. I think it should also reduce your stress as much as having sex does to allow characters to stay a virgin for longer, as I find just sucking dudes off doesn't have the same effect. My second suggestion was for girls with both the naturally wet and hair trigger traits, it would be neat to have a squirting orgasm option. Other than the fact that it seems near impossible to orgasm without the hair trigger trait I am really loving this game! (Maybe my partner and I just have the hair trigger trait in real life? I mean I know she does but I thought I was normal!)

Assuming you're using the latest version (0.3.25) then: - Get the art gallery scene when your character is not a virgin. If you get it while a virgin then it won't enable the follow-up event. If this happens then you can get the gallery event a second time after losing your virginity. Refined and Posh each increase the chance of the gallery event firing, so pick both if you're starting a new character and want to see it asap. - During this scene, choose the action to "encourage her". The other options (disouraging or saying to only lose it with someone special) will stop her from wanting to do it with a random bloke her friend picks out for her. - The next event is another socialisation one, so you need to continue to do that on weekends. Friend status must not be Bad or Shaky. They must remain your friend (obviously) and a virgin (though I don't think Innocents can lose it other than via this event chain). I looked over the requirements in the code and there's nothing else there that should be an issue. There's obviously the usual random element in picking events, but the event weight is standard for socialisation ones (150, by comparison the art gallery weight varies between 100 and 200 depending on traits).

She's a close friend, so I don't know what else I'm missing to get the sex scene to activate... are you supposed to respond a certain way?
