I don't know if SO will add such a variation later, but for now I'd like to see a painful NTR event. The most important thing in this scene is her tearful 'struggle', not wanting BF to get hurt.

Here's hoping that this year's runners up can make it in next year, though I don't check the Patreon frequently enough to be sure that I'll notice in time to suggest it myself again next time.
