I'm about to fire up New Life for another playthrough, and wanted to make sure I had the latest version (I do, I'm good!). I really hope November has bbeen kind to you, whether or not that means you worked on New Life.

I had panic attacks for many years, and they limited my life in a lot of ways. Even now, though I'm better, I still struggle sometimes. Something that helps for soothing me is ASMR videos on Youtube. There are some great ASMRtists on there who do a fantastic job of quieting fears and calming the soul. Another thing that's helped me a great deal was engaging in some online therapy sessions. For a long time, I had trouble even leaving my home, so online therapy was a great resource for me in particular. The service I used was BetterHelp (which I actually found by watching a sponsored ASMR video). It's not the cheapest thing in the world, but it's not outrageous either, and they do have financial assistance options.
