Landlord types poll

I've begun work on the first bit of landlord content, based on the assumption that there'll be a sleazy landlord at first.
But there are other possibilities for landlords, and I'm not sure which people are most interested in seeing. So, I'm running this non-binding poll to get a feel for what people do and don't want in the game.
Due to a mistake by me, this is a single-choice poll (sorry!) so please vote for your top choice from the below:
Sleazy landlord: A creepy landlord who wants to get his grubby hands on the PC's delicate body. The fiend!
Silver-spoon landlord: A young man from a rich family who's used his inheritance to buy some property. His wealthy upbringing has made him a bit clueless about the real world. A cunning PC could take financial advantage of him... or perhaps you might teach him some lessons about live, love, and the things that can happen in the cheap bed of a rented apartment.
Hunky landlord: A handsome, friendly, warm-hearted man. Kind of like the hunky colleague from the office job, except this one takes your rent. At least, until you get married he does.
Kindly landlord: A kindly old man, always there with a supportive word or an extra week or two for the rent. His main worry is that his daughter lives a wild, frivolous lifestyle of booze, men and drugs. Perhaps she needs the guiding hand of one of her father's tenants...
Frustrated landlady: A harsh, strict landlady. Why is she so cruel... perhaps she just needs to let off some steam...
Naive landlady: A sweet young woman who bought some property after a windfall of cash. Will you be the model tenant, or the one who leads her astray... or perhaps someone who becomes much more than just a tenant to her?
Professional landlord: A landlord who just wants to get paid. No sexual or romantic entanglements at all!
Minimal landlord: Use this to vote for minimal landlord variety, such as if you just want one type. It's not a landlord type itself, but I'll know that any options which receive fewer votes than this choice are unlikely to be worth the time to implement.

Oops. Looks like I can't change the poll settings once it's started. Well, I guess finding out people's top choices will still be useful. Sorry about that. Initially there'll just be one landlord, but I'm undecided about whether to have multiple ones - I want to see how the first pass at the content shapes up first. My general plan at the moment is first to add basic landlord content for one property, then to extend to have several properties and the option to move, and then to deepen and flesh out both landlord and neighborhood content. It's in the last stage that I'll decide if there should be landlord variation within a single game.

Such as if you don't pay your rent & get kicked out and need to find a new place, or if you move to a different apartment type? Also we can't "vote for as many options as you like" because it's not a multiple-choice poll.
